Using this website

You may browse the site, save and compare vehicles, and send us enquiries. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, copy the listings in bulk, or submit anything false or unlawful through the forms.

Vehicle listings

We take care to describe every vehicle accurately, but a listing is an invitation to enquire, not an offer to sell. Specification, mileage, service history and equipment are stated to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing and should be confirmed with us before you travel or commit.

• Photographs may be of the actual vehicle or, where stated, representative of the model.
• A vehicle marked as sold or reserved remains on the site so that links keep working; it is not available to buy.
• We may correct an error in a listing, including a price, at any time before a sale is agreed.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Unless we say otherwise, a price does not include road fund licence, delivery, or any optional product. “Price on application” means we will confirm the figure when you enquire.

Finance figures

Any monthly figure shown on this site — in a listing, or from the finance calculator — is an illustration for guidance only. It is not a quotation and not an offer of finance. Finance is subject to status, affordability and lender approval, and the figures you are offered may differ. Written details are available on request.

Test drives

A test drive request is a request for an appointment, not a confirmed booking, until we confirm it. Drivers must hold a valid licence and meet the insurance conditions we explain at the time.

Part exchange and valuations

A valuation given from the details you send us is provisional. It is subject to us inspecting the vehicle and confirming its condition, mileage and paperwork.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse the site.

Availability

We try to keep the site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change or withdraw any part of it.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms removes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights in relation to a vehicle that is not as described or not of satisfactory quality.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
